The built-in LCD driving interface is a programmable type design. All of COM & SEG can be combined up to 40 signals. COM can be programmable as 3/4/5/8 & SEG can be 32/35/36/37. Total can be combination as 32X8 256, 35X5 175, 36X4 144 & 37X3 111 dots. Otherwise SEG parts can be programmable as GPIO or external memory access interface (NAND/NOR Flash).
The built-in speaker driving circuit is a mix-mode Analog/Digital design. It can provide high quality analog class A/B type signal, or high transform effect class D type signal.
The system provide 2 PWM generator. The resolution can be programmable as 8/10 bits. The frequency also can be programmable by application. Corporate with 16 channels of 16 bits resolution ADC & programmable ADC converter rate. Using these features can be applied for DC power control (Charger or Regulator application), or special Frequency/Duty application like IrDA Transfer/Receiver.
The system built-in microphone differential input pre-amplifier with 16 level gain control & ALC. It can support high SNR of voice input, to reach high sensitive & low noise purpose.
This system can be applied to small display panel LCD application. The talking Clock/Watch/Calculator application can enhance with voice control (Recognition). High-Quality output Recording/Playback products, & long duration Voice-Memo with high compress rate of speech Encoder/Decoder. Even High-Level recognition products using Speaker-Dependent/Independent field, & within power management Hand-Held devices … and so on.
